Theory of Change (TOC) - The use of the art of Rhetoric Speech as an innovative tool in education and training of migrant children in language learning, empowerment, and social integration activities. The project brings together eight partner organizations across Europe to empower migrant children, particularly vulnerable ones, by ensuring their rights to education, equality, and support.
